Who we are
Breaker Labels is run by Llamacoids Inc., Burlington, Ontario. Questions about your information go to sales@llamacoids.ca or 289-275-9572.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name and email. If you sign up with an email, your password is stored only as a one-way hash we cannot read back. If you use Continue with Google, Google tells us your name, your email address and an account ID; we do not get your Google password or anything else in your Google account.
- Your orders. The labels you design, your phone number, company and delivery address if you give them, your notes, your quotations, proofs and signature.
- Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Quote requests. What you send through the quote form or by email.
Why we use it
To make your quotation and artwork proof, cut and ship your order, take payment, answer your questions and keep the records the law asks a business to keep. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run the shop: Cloudflare (this website and your account), our order system Odoo, Stripe (card payments), Canada Post (shipping, if you ship) and Google (only when you choose Continue with Google).
Cookies and storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie that protects the order form. The sign maker keeps your unfinished order in your browser's local storage. Signing in with Google loads Google's sign-in script, which sets Google's own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Your account stays until you ask us to close it. Orders, quotations and invoices are kept as long as Canadian tax law requires (generally six years).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by emailing sales@llamacoids.ca. We handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
