You need an account to order. Keep your password to yourself; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. We may close accounts used for abuse.
Quotes, proofs and orders
Checking out gives you a quotation and a to-scale artwork proof. Nothing is engraved until you review the proof, sign it and pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST and any shipping shown at checkout.
Wording and compliance
We engrave the wording, sizes and colours you approve on the proof. The authority having jurisdiction has the final say on what a label must say, so check your drawings, specification or inspector before you approve.
Turnaround and delivery
Most orders are cut the same day the proof is approved and paid. Pick up in Burlington, or we ship by Canada Post; delivery dates from Canada Post are estimates.
If something is wrong
If a label does not match the proof you approved, or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will remake it. Labels made to an approved proof are custom work and are not returnable otherwise.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
